ফিলিস্তিনের গাজায় ২০২৩ সনের ৭ অক্টোবর শুরু হয় মুক্তিকামী সংগঠন হামাস ও দখলদার ইসরাইলের মধ্যকার যুদ্ধ। যুদ্ধ শুরুর পর থেকেই নিপীড়িত গাজাবাসীর পাশে দাঁড়িয়েছে সরকারি নিবন্ধনভূক্ত জাতীয় সেবা সংস্থা হাফেজ্জী চ্যারিটেবল সোসাইটি অব বাংলাদেশ। বাংলাদেশের এটিই একমাত্র সেবা সংস্থা, যেটি আলাদা প্রজেক্ট চালু করে সক্রিয়ভাবে গাজাবাসীদের সহযোগিতায় কাজ করছে।
এখন পর্যন্ত সংস্থাটি প্রায় এক কোটি টাকার সহায়তা পৌঁছে দিয়েছে সরাসরি নিপীড়িত মানুষের কাছে।
এরই মধ্যে গত ১৯ শে নভেম্বর মঙ্গলবার মিশর সফরে যায় সংস্থাটির ছয় সদস্যের একটি টিম।
১০ দিনের ওই সফরে মিশরের শরণার্থী শিবিরে আশ্রয় নেয়া গাজাবাসীদের সহায়তা দেয়ার পাশাপাশি আন্তর্জাতিক সেবা সংস্থাগুলোর সাথে সমন্বয় করে গাজা ও খান ইউনিসেও সহায়তা পৌঁছে দেন তারা।
সংস্থাটির সাথে কথা বলে এবং ফেসবুক পেইজ ও ওয়েব সাইটে এসব কার্যক্রম দেখা গেছে। কার্যক্রমের মধ্যে রয়েছে, যুদ্ধাহত ও সাধারণ রোগীদের চিকিৎসা সেবা প্রদান, খাবার ও পানি বিতরণ, নগদ অর্থ সহায়তা প্রদান ও শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ ইত্যাদি।
হাফেজ্জী চ্যারিটেবল সোসাইটির পরিচালক নওমুসলিম মুহাম্মদ রাজ ও সাধারণ সম্পাদক মাওলানা ইবরাহিম মিয়া বলেন, এখন পর্যন্ত গাজার খান ইউনিস ও দেইর আল বালাহতে আমাদের ফিলিস্তিনি স্বেচ্ছাসেবক টিমের মাধ্যমে গত দুই মাসে প্রায় আশি হাজার লিটার পানি, রান্না করা খাবার, শীতবস্ত্র, নগদ অর্থ বিতরণ করতে সক্ষম হয়েছি। ফিলিস্তিনের সঙ্কট দূর না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আমাদের কার্যক্রম চলমান থাকবে, ইনশাআল্লাহ।
কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে জানতে চাইলে পরিচালক বলেন, গত নভেম্বরে তো আমরা মিশর সফরে গিয়ে সেখানকার শরণার্থীদের সহযোগিতা করেছি। সেখানে আমরা কয়েক শ’ পরিবারকে সহায়তা দিয়েছি। এরপর ওখানকার নির্ভরযোগ্য সেবা সংস্থা এবং উলামায়ে কেরামের মধ্যস্থতায় গাজার দেইর আল বালাহা ও খান ইউনিসে আমরা ফিলিস্তিনি ভাইদের দুটি স্বেচ্ছাসেবক টিম তৈরী করেছি। এখন আমরা বাংলাদেশ থেকে তাদের মাধ্যমে গাজাতে আমাদের সমস্ত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করছি, আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।
তিনি আরো বলেন, প্রতিটি কার্যক্রম আমাদের স্বেচ্ছাসেবকরা নিজস্ব ব্যানার ও ইউনিফর্ম পরে করে থাকেন। সেখান থেকে সমস্ত কার্যক্রম ধারাভাষ্যসহ আমাদের কাছে পাঠানো হয়। আমরা সেগুলো আমাদের পেইজ ও ওয়েবসাইটে আপলোড দিয়ে থাকি। স্বচ্ছতা এবং সততার ক্ষেত্রে আমরা বিন্দুমাত্র ত্রুটি করি না। সবশেষে তিনি দেশের সকল মানুষকে নিপীড়িত গাজাবাসীদের পাশে দাঁড়ানোর আহ্বান জানান।
প্রসঙ্গত, হাফেজ্জী চ্যারিটেবল সোসাইটি অব বাংলাদেশ (টিম এইচ সি এস বি) সরকারি নিবন্ধনভূক্ত একটি অলাভজনক এবং অরাজনৈতিক সেবা সংস্থা। দেশের শীর্ষ আলেমগণের তত্ত্বাবধানে এটি পরিচালিত হয়। ২০১৫ সনে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে এর কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়। অল্প দিনের মধ্যেই এর সুনাম সুখ্যাতি ছড়িয়ে পড়ে সারাদেশে। সরকার এটিকে জাতীয় সংস্থা হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি প্রদান করে। জাতীয় পত্র-পত্রিকায় উঠে আসে হাফেজ্জী চ্যারিটেবলের অসাধারণ সব সেবামূলক কর্মযজ্ঞের ফিরিস্তি। দুস্থ এবং অসহায় রোগীদের চিকিৎসা সেবা দিয়ে সবার নজর কেড়েছে হাফেজ্জী চ্যারিটেবলের জান্নাতের খোঁজে প্রজেক্ট। এর আরো কিছু প্রজেক্ট রয়েছে। যেমন, সাবলম্বীকরণ প্রজেক্ট, নিউ মুসলিম ওয়েলফেয়ার প্রোগ্রাম, শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ, দুর্যোগকালীন সহায়তা ইত্যাদি। দেশের শীর্ষ উলামায়ে কেরাম, ডাক্তার, শিক্ষক, আইনজীবী ও সাংবাদিকসহ বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিবর্গ হাফেজ্জী চ্যারিটেবলের সদস্য।

The war between the liberation organization Hamas and the occupying Israel began in Gaza, Palestine on October 7, 2023. Since the start of the war, the government-registered national service organization Hafezzi Charitable Society of Bangladesh has stood by the oppressed people of Gaza. This is the only service organization in Bangladesh that has launched a separate project and is actively working to support the people of Gaza.
So far, the organization has provided assistance worth about one crore taka directly to the oppressed people.
In the meantime, a six-member team from the organization visited Egypt on Tuesday, November 19.
During the 10-day visit, in addition to providing assistance to the Gazans who took refuge in the refugee camps in Egypt, they also provided assistance to Gaza and Khan Yunis in coordination with international service organizations.
These activities were seen by talking to the organization and on its Facebook page and website. The activities include providing medical care to war-wounded and general patients, distributing food and water, providing cash assistance, and distributing winter clothes, etc.
Hafezzi Charitable Society Director Nawmuslim Muhammad Raj and General Secretary Maulana Ibrahim Mia said, “So far, we have been able to distribute about eighty thousand liters of water, cooked food, winter clothes, and cash in the last two months through our Palestinian volunteer team in Khan Younis and Deir Al Balah in Gaza. Our activities will continue until the Palestinian crisis is resolved, InshaAllah.”
When asked about the method of conducting the activities, the director said, “Last November, we visited Egypt and assisted the refugees there. We provided assistance to several hundred families there. Then, with the mediation of reliable service organizations and Ulama-e-Karam there, we formed two volunteer teams of Palestinian brothers in Deir Al Balah and Khan Younis in Gaza. Now, we are conducting all our activities in Gaza through them from Bangladesh, Alhamdulillah.”
He also said, “Our volunteers carry out each activity wearing their own banners and uniforms.” From there, all the activities are sent to us with commentary. We upload them on our page and website. We do not make any mistakes in terms of transparency and honesty. Finally, he called on all the people of the country to stand by the oppressed Gazans.
Incidentally, Hafezzi Charitable Society of Bangladesh (Team HCSB) is a government-registered non-profit and non-political service organization. It is run under the supervision of the country’s top scholars. Its activities were officially started in 2015. Within a short time, its reputation spread across the country. The government recognized it as a national organization. The list of Hafezzi Charitable’s extraordinary service activities came up in national newspapers and magazines. Hafezzi Charitable’s Paradise Search Project has caught everyone’s attention by providing medical services to distressed and helpless patients. It has some more projects.
