অর্থের অভাবে অনেক রোগী চিকিৎসা নিতে পারছেন না। এমন অসচ্ছল রোগীর সংখ্যা কম নয়, যারা বিনা চিকিৎসায় মারা যাচ্ছেন। ঢাকা শহরের বস্তিতে শুয়ে থাকা এমন অনেক রোগী আছেন, যারা সামান্য চিকিৎসাও করাতে পারছেন না। বংশ পরম্পরায় তারা বস্তিতে বসবাস করে আসছেন এবং প্রয়োজনীয় চিকিৎসা থেকে বঞ্চিত হচ্ছেন।

প্রকল্পটি শুরু হয়েছিল একটি অর্ধ-মৃত বৃদ্ধ ভিক্ষুকের চিকিৎসার মাধ্যমে। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, আল্লাহর প্রিয় বান্দাদের সহযোগিতায় এই প্রকল্পের আওতায় গত বছরে প্রায় অর্ধকোটি টাকার চিকিৎসা সহায়তা প্রদান করা হয়েছে। এই প্রকল্পের আওতায় কয়েকটি উল্লেখযোগ্য চিকিৎসার সচিত্র প্রতিবেদন নিচে উপস্থাপন করা হলো।

প্রজেক্ট জান্নাতের খোজের অধীনে হাফেজ্জী চ্যারিটেবল সুসাইটি গত ৮ বছর ধরে একটানা বিশ্ব ইজতিমায় বিনামূল্যে মেডিকেল ক্যাম্প পরিচালনা করে আসছে। প্রতিটা ক্যাম্প বিশেষজ্ঞ ডাক্তার, নার্স, ফার্মাসিস্ট এবং সংস্থার পরিশ্রমী সেচ্ছাসেবকদের সমন্নয়ে গঠিত হয়। ক্যাম্পগুলোর মাধ্যমে প্রতি বছর ইজতেমায় আগত হাজার হাজার রোগীকে বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসা ও ঔষধ প্রদান করা হয়ে থাকে।

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, চরমুনাইয়ে মাহফিল এবং মাহফিল ব্যাতীতও এ পর্যন্ত বেশ কয়েকবার আমরা মেডিকেল ক্যাম্প আয়োজন করেছি। গত ২৪/০৬/২৫ ইং তারিখে ডাক্তার, নার্স, ফার্মাসিস্ট এবং সেচ্ছাসেবকসহ প্রায় ২০ জনের একটা কাফেলা সাথে কয়েক লক্ষ টাকার ঔষুধ নিয়ে আমরা চরমুনাইয়ে যাই। সেখানে একটি মেডিকেল ক্যাম্প আয়োজিত হয়, যাতে চরমুনাই মাদ্রাসার শত শত শিক্ষক এবং শিক্ষার্থী বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসা সেবা গ্রহণ করে, একি সাথে তাদেরকে ডাক্তারের প্রেস্ক্রাইব করা ঔষধ বিনামূল্যে প্রদান করা হয়। এবং সবশেষে প্রায় লক্ষাধিক টাকার ঔষধ চরমুনাইয়ের অভ্যন্তরিন হাসপাতালে প্রদান করা হয় যাতে তারা পরবর্তীতে সেগুলো দিয়ে চিকিৎসা সেবা পরিচালনা করতে পারে। উক্ত কার্যক্রমে আমাদেরকে পীর সাহেব চরমুনাই জনাব রেজাউল করীম দাঃবাঃ এবং অন্যান্য সিনিয়র শিক্ষকবৃন্দ সর্বোচ্চ সহযোগীতা করেছেন আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।
বিভিন্ন প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চল যেখানে সাধারন জ্বরের চিকিৎসার প্রয়োজন হলেও মাইলের পর মাইল হাটতে হয়, সেসব দুর্গম অঞ্চলেও টিম হাফেজ্জী মেডিকেল ক্যাম্প পরিচালনা করে থাকে।
কয়েকদিন আগেই আমরা বান্দরবানের আলীকদমের দূর্গম পাহাড়ে ঘেরা এলাকা বৈক্ষ্যং এ মেডিকেল ক্যাম্প পরিচালনা করেছি, দীর্ঘদিন থেকে চিকিৎসা সেবা বঞ্চিত এই অঞ্চলের মানুষগুলো। এই সম্প্রদায়ের প্রায় কেউই বাংলা ভাষা জানে না, যার কারণে হাসপাতালে গিয়ে চিকিৎসা সেবা নেওয়াটাও তাদের জন্য কষ্টসাধ্য হয়ে পড়ে। স্থানীয়ও ২ জন বাংলা ভাষা জানা দোভাষী ভাইয়ের আন্তরিক সাহায্যে টিম হাফেজ্জীর উদ্দ্যোগে ওইদিন শত শত ম্রো উপজাতি ভাইবোনদের বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসা সেবা ও ঔষধ প্রদান করা হয়।
প্রজেক্ট জান্নাতের খোজে এর মাধ্যমে গত বছরে অসংখ্য দরিদ্র রোগী চিকিৎসা সেবা পেয়েছেন। এই প্রকল্পটি অসহায় মানুষের জীবনে আশার আলো জ্বালিয়েছে। দেশের প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে পৌঁছে গেছে প্রকল্পের সহায়তা, যা অনেকের জীবনে ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তন এনেছে।
আমাদের লক্ষ্য হল আরও অসচ্ছল রোগীদের চিকিৎসা সহায়তা প্রদান করা এবং দেশের প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে চিকিৎসা সেবা পৌঁছে দেওয়া। আমাদের স্বপ্ন হল, প্রতিটি অসহায় রোগী যেন সঠিক চিকিৎসা পায় এবং তাদের জীবন মান উন্নত হয়। খুব শীঘ্রই আমরা ফিলিস্তিনের ভাইবোনদের সহায়তার উদ্দেশ্যে মিশরে যাবো। সেখানে অবস্থিত ফিলিস্তিনী শরণার্থী শিবিরে চিকিৎসা সেবা সহ আরো বিভিন্ন ধরনের সেবা প্রদান করবো ইনশাআল্লাহ।

Project Jannater Khoje is a free medical service provision project of Hafezzi Charitable Society of Bangladesh. This project provides various long-term medical services including major surgeries to the bereaved, helpless, and destitute patients in remote areas of the country and simultaneously conducts free medical camps in various important places including Biswa Ijtema, remote areas.

We need an ambulance to further expand and expand the activities of Project Jannat Khoj. Many helpless patients in our country die because they cannot arrange an ambulance on time due to financial constraints. We hope that once our ambulance is purchased, a new dimension will be added to the activities of “Project Jannat Khoj” InshaAllah.
The purchase price of the ambulance has been estimated at 25 to 30 lakh taka. We have 13 lakh taka in our fund. We need about 15 lakh more.
We seek the cooperation and sincere prayers of all kind-hearted and generous brothers and sisters. We have the opportunity to participate in this great initiative with a minimum of 10/= taka. We are hopeful that you will participate in this initiative as always.
You may never have the opportunity to carry a patient to the hospital on your shoulders or back. But if you want, you can easily respond to our initiative and get the reward of carrying patients to the hospital on your shoulders every day. This is a Sadaqah Zaria project. As long as this ambulance service is operational, the reward will continue to be deposited in your account.
Many patients in Bangladesh cannot access necessary treatment due to financial constraints. Countless poor individuals are dying without proper medical care. Particularly in the slums of Dhaka city, many people live without essential medical services. Generations of families in these areas suffer from a lack of healthcare.

Project Jannater Khoje began with the treatment of a severely ill elderly beggar. With the support of devoted individuals, Alhamdulillah has allocated around half a crore taka for medical assistance through this project in the past year. Below is a pictorial report of some notable treatments provided under this initiative.
Heart Surgery: Many heart patients have successfully undergone heart surgery through this project, receiving life-saving operations they could not afford otherwise.
Cancer Treatment: Chemotherapy and other essential medical support are provided to cancer patients, giving them a fighting chance against the disease.
Various Surgeries: The project also covers surgeries for vital organs such as the kidneys and liver, ensuring comprehensive medical care for those in need.
Under the project “jannater khoje”, Hafezzi Charitable Society has been continuously conducting free medical camps at the Bishwa Ijtima for the past 8 years. Each camp is formed by a team of expert doctors, nurses, pharmacists and hardworking volunteers of the organization. Through these camps, thousands of patients who come to the Ijtima every year are provided free treatment and medicines.

Alhamdulillah, apart from the Mahfil and Mahfil in Charmunai, we have organized medical camps several times so far. On 24/06/25, we went to Charmunai with a convoy of about 20 people including doctors, nurses, pharmacists and volunteers with medicines worth several lakhs of taka. A medical camp was organized there, in which hundreds of teachers and students of Charmunai Madrasa received free medical services, along with medicines prescribed by the doctor. And finally, medicines worth several lakhs of taka were provided to the internal hospital of Charmunai so that they can later provide medical services with them. In this program, Pir Saheb Charmunai Mr. Rezaul Karim Dabah and other senior teachers have given us the utmost cooperation, Alhamdulillah.
Team Hafezzi conducts medical camps in remote areas where even simple fever treatment is required, even in those remote areas, where one has to walk for miles.
A few days ago, we conducted a medical camp in Baikhyang, a remote hilly area of Alikadam, Bandarban, where the people of this area have been deprived of medical services for a long time. Almost no one in this community knows Bengali, due to which it becomes difficult for them to go to the hospital and get medical services. With the sincere help of 2 local Bengali-speaking interpreters, Team Hafezzi organized free medical services and medicines for hundreds of Mro tribal brothers that day.
Over the past year, Project Jannater Khoje has delivered medical care to numerous poor patients, bringing hope and relief to their lives. This project has extended its assistance to remote areas, significantly improving the lives of many underprivileged individuals.
We aim to expand our reach and provide medical assistance to even more underprivileged patients in remote areas. We dream of a future where every helpless patient receives proper treatment, enhancing their quality of life. Very soon we will go to Egypt to help our brothers and sisters in Palestine. Inshallah, I will provide various services including medical services to the Palestinian refugee camp located there.
