প্রজেক্টঃ মেহমানদারী ঢাকার অভাবী ও এতিমদের জন্য মানসম্পন্ন খাবার সরবরাহের লক্ষ্য নিয়ে কাজ করে। ঢাকার অনেক মানুষ, বিশেষ করে রাস্তায় বসবাসকারী ও এতিম শিশু, পুষ্টিকর খাবার থেকে বঞ্চিত। অধিকাংশ দিন তারা ক্ষুধার্ত ঘুমায়, এবং সামান্য খাবারও পায় না।
এইচসিএসবি ও উই আর ওয়ান ফাউন্ডেশন -এর এই প্রকল্পটি ছিন্নমূল মানুষ ও এতিম শিশুদের পুষ্টিকর খাবার সরবরাহ করে। প্রতি সপ্তাহে, আমরা রান্না করা মানসম্পন্ন খাবার বিতরণ করি। আমাদের মেনুতে প্রায়ই খাসির মাংস বা মুরগির তেহারি এবং ইলিশ পোলাও থাকে, যা তারা খুব কমই খেতে পায়।
প্রজেক্টঃ মেহমানদারীর মাধ্যমে আমরা প্রতি মাসে কমপক্ষে ১,৫০০ থেকে ২,০০০ মানুষকে খাবার সরবরাহ করি। এই উদ্যোগটি নিশ্চিত করে যে যারা সঠিক খাবারের সামর্থ্য রাখে না তারা পুষ্টিকর ও মানসম্পন্ন খাবার খেতে পারে। এছাড়াও ঈদ-উল-আযহায় আমরা এসব অসহায়দের মাঝে কোরবানির গোস্ত বিতরণ করে থাকি।
আমাদের লক্ষ্য হল প্রজেক্ট মেহমানদারীর সেবা আরও প্রসারিত করা। আমরা প্রতি মাসে আরও বেশি মানুষের কাছে খাবার পৌঁছে দিতে চাই। আমাদের ভবিষ্যত পরিকল্পনার মধ্যে রয়েছে খাদ্য সরবরাহের চেইন উন্নত করা এবং মেনুতে বৈচিত্র্য আনা। এছাড়াও, আমরা স্থানীয় ব্যবসা ও সম্প্রদায়ের সংস্থাগুলির সাথে অংশীদারিত্ব গড়ে তোলার পরিকল্পনা করছি এবং তহবিল সংগ্রহের নতুন পদ্ধতি খুঁজে বের করার চেষ্টা করছি। এভাবে আমরা একটি টেকসই ও মাপযোগ্য মডেল তৈরি করতে চাই যা ধারাবাহিকভাবে পুষ্টিকর খাবার সরবরাহ করে এবং দরিদ্রদের জীবনমান উন্নত করে।

Project Hospitality aims to provide nutritious meals to people in need and orphans in Dhaka. Many people in the streets and alleys of Dhaka struggle to find even basic food. Most days, they sleep hungry, unable to afford even ordinary meals.
This is a Project of HCSB which focuses on feeding these scattered destitute individuals and orphaned children. Every week, we ensure they receive cooked, quality meals. Our menu often features dishes like goat meat or chicken tahari and hilsa polao, offering a taste of good food they rarely enjoy.
Under this project we distribute food to at least 1,500 to 2,000 people every month. This initiative ensures that those who cannot afford proper meals experience the joy of eating well-prepared and nutritious food. Also, during Eid-ul-Adha, we distribute Qurbani meat to these helpless people.
Below are some pictures from the Mehmandari project, which is part of our broader initiative. These images capture the essence of our mission: to bring smiles and satisfaction to those who need it most through the gift of good food.
Looking ahead, Project Hospitality is dedicated to expanding its reach and impact across Dhaka and all over the country. We plan to significantly increase the number of beneficiaries each month, ensuring that a larger portion of the destitute and orphans receive nutritious, quality meals. Our future initiatives include forming partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance our food supply chain and diversify our menu. We are also exploring innovative funding solutions to support these goals. By fostering community involvement and improving operational efficiency, It aims to establish a sustainable and scalable model that consistently delivers high-quality nutrition, ultimately enhancing the well-being and quality of life for those in need.
