দেশের প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে নিরাপদ পানির অভাব একটি বড় সমস্যা। অনেক এলাকা রয়েছে যেখানে পুরো গ্রামে মাত্র একটি টিউবওয়েল আছে। এই একটি টিউবওয়েলের পানির উপর নির্ভর করে পুরো গ্রামের মানুষ। সারাদিন লাইন দিয়ে পানি নিতে হয়। বিশেষ করে পর্দানশীন মা-বোনেরা বোরকা পরে মাইলের পর মাইল হেঁটে পানি আনতে বাধ্য হন। গোসল এবং অন্যান্য দৈনন্দিন কাজে পানির অভাব তাদের জন্য ভোগান্তির কারণ হয়ে দাঁড়ায়।
হাফেজ্জী চ্যারিট্যাবল সোসাইটি এর উদ্যোগে যে সব এলাকায় পর্যাপ্ত টিউব ওয়েল নেই সেখানে আমরা টিউব ওয়েল স্থাপন করছি এবং যে সব এলাকায় টিউবওয়েল আছে কিন্তু সুপেয় পানি নেই, সেখানে আমরা পয়েন্ট বাছাই করে গভীর নলকুপ স্থাপন করি। আমাদের লক্ষ্য হচ্ছে প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলের মানুষের পানির চাহিদা পূরণ করা এবং তাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবন সহজ করা। এখন পর্যন্ত আমরা ১৩০+ টিউবওয়েল স্থাপন করতে সক্ষম হয়েছি, যার ব্যয় ছিল প্রায় ১২ লক্ষ টাকা। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, আমরা আরও অনেক এলাকার মানুষের পানির চাহিদা পূরণে বদ্ধপরিকর।
আমরা প্রতিটি প্রজেক্টের ক্ষেত্রে এলাকার পানির উৎস এবং ভূগর্ভস্থ পানির মান পরীক্ষা করে টিউবওয়েলের স্থান নির্ধারণ করি। এর ফলে এলাকার মানুষ দীর্ঘমেয়াদে সুপেয় পানি পেতে সক্ষম হয়। এই প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে আমরা হাজার হাজার মানুষের জীবনমান উন্নত করতে পেরেছি।
গভীর নলকূপ স্থাপনের মাধ্যমে আমরা যে সাড়া পেয়েছি, তা আমাদের আরও অনুপ্রাণিত করেছে। আমরা ভবিষ্যতে আরও বেশি সংখ্যক টিউবওয়েল স্থাপন করতে চাই এবং দেশের প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলের প্রতিটি পরিবারকে সুপেয় পানির সুযোগ দিতে চাই।

The lack of safe water is a significant problem in remote areas of the country. Many villages have only one tube well for the entire community, forcing residents to wait in line all day to access water. This situation is incredibly challenging for veiled mothers and sisters who must walk miles to fetch water while wearing burqas. Water scarcity for bathing and other daily activities adds to their suffering.
To combat this issue, the Hafezzi Charitable Society and We Are One Foundation have launched an initiative focused on installing deep tube wells. This project targets areas with insufficient tube wells and places where existing wells do not provide drinking water. By installing deep tube wells at strategic points, we aim to meet the water needs of people in remote areas and improve their daily lives. So far, we have successfully installed over 130 tube wells at a cost of approximately Rs.12 lakhs. Alhamdulillah, we remain committed to addressing the water needs of many more communities.
For each project, we carefully determine the location of the tube wells by assessing local water sources and groundwater quality. This ensures that residents have access to safe water in the long term. Through this project, we have significantly improved the quality of life for thousands of people. The installation of deep tube wells has profoundly impacted the health and well-being of these communities.
The positive response from the communities motivates us to continue our efforts. We plan to install more tube wells in the future, providing clean water access to every family in the country’s remote areas. We aim to ensure that no one has to struggle for safe drinking water.
